It's a newness in flower and vegetables fields and nurseries irrigation.
It satisfies the drip irrigation requirements:

  • High performances features of uniform emission in irrigation with fertilizer cycles
  • Possibility to reach considerable branch lengths (543 Mt.).
  • Reliable technical characteristics in the long run, in different applications and environment conditions.
  • Easy to install without checking the emission point position on the ground.
  • Low investments to be paid off in only one season.

Advanced technical characteristics because of the integrated-extruded technology:

  • The flat dripper 2 mm. thick only, welded to the inside wall of the pipe grants minimum pressure losses.
  • Dripper's filter, with eight holes on it's surface, that exclude obstructions possibilities.
  • The turbulent flow labyrinth, with a new line for higher emission uniformity, excludes sedimentation possibilities even at low working pressures.
  • The pipe, with wall thickness from 18 to 35 mil, offers high resistance to thermal stresses, UV rays and mechanical stresses.

JUNIOR® has a polyethylene pipe with incorporate drip made with a coextrusion process, respecting the ISO 9002 quality rules.

JUNIOR® offers the best resistant characteristics to thermical and mechanical tension, keeping immutable performances features. The highest newness is the dripper, which controls the emission flow. Technology, has been applied in this project and in it's production, this permitted to obtain a drip with excellent hydraulic characteristics, widen permits larger lines with uniformity emission and very good performance features.

  • The dripper is only 32 mm. large, because of this it has low charge load and permits to get a larger length of line.
  • The dripper has an enter filter, which reduces the possibilities of obstruction with low quality water.
  • The dripper labyrinth of turbulent regime, studied for guarantee the uniformity emission, assure minimum flow changes when changing exercise pressure.
  • The three drips per dripper permits an easy and quickly installation, because it's not necessary to check the emission point position, and assures the pipe emptiness when finishing the irrigation cycle.

JUNIOR® is available in:

  • 16 and 20 mm diameters
  • 25 mil (0.6 mm) and 35 mil (0.9 mm) pipe thickness.
  • 1,7 and 3,4 l/h flow for 16 and 20 mm diameters.

MULTIBAR® is the ideal product to install in areas with big unevenness, where are required big length lines and constant flow on each of the installation points. The system has certified quality ISO 9002, it guarantees the product high standard quality.

  • The autocompensation drippers system, it's guaranteed for a silicon membrane which, when changing exercise pressure, assures a constant flow.
  • The labyrinth whit turbulent flow (autocleaned) avoids sedimentation inside the labyrinth.
  • The dripper has an enter filter which reduces considerably the obstruction irrigation because of the use of low quality water.
  • The three points drips for drippers permits an easy and quickly installation, because it's not necessary to check the emission point position, and assures the pipe emptiness when finishing the irrigation cycle.
Because of this characteristics MULTIBAR® permits:
  • A perfect dosage of fertilizers in every installation points.
  • Higher precision on water distribution under any topographic situation.

The most resistent drip pipe line in the world Aquatraxx

 

The Aquatraxx drip tape, leader of the world, has the most advanced technology of turbulent flow, to give a better uniformity emission for larger line length.
Each exit is a part of a drop emissor, which supplies a drip without jet that can erode the furrow or damage the cop.
The  material is stronger and durable then other materials, that makes it ideal for surface and sub-surface installation. The cleft exit reduces the damage caused by insects, it does not allows roots and practically, eliminates the plugged when starting the system.
Spaces between outlets are variable, according to the crops needs, and also the flow is different depending on application conditions, being 1,0 lt/h the most useful.
